STEP 17 – LOVING ON YOUR KIDS

At mid-afternoon when school is over, stress levels in children can be high. Whether it results from bullying, a difficult subject studied, or friendship troubles, a hug from mom can always help those soaring emotions.

Spend some time loving on your kids with snacks, stories, and some extra attention before moving onto chores or homework.

As we discussed before, Citrus Oils provide a great boost of energy, but they work for EMOTIONS as well.

Citrus Oils help emotions by uplifting the mood and reducing the stressful feelings.

Here are a couple recipes that you can roll on the back of your kids’ necks, wrists, or ankles to help them have a happy heart when they release the cares of the day.

HOME AND HAPPY BLEND RECIPE
• 5 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil
• 5 drops Grounding Blend
 
FORGET YOUR CARES BLEND

• 4 drops Lavender Essential Oil
• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

Add either combination to a 10 ml glass roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Roll between palms to blend together and roll behind the ears or over the chest as needed.
