Okay, then how about this? You’re running ten minutes late for picking up your child from piano practice, there’s a traffic jam, you realized (after you were already behind the wheel) that you spilled coffee on your shirt, AND that you have on two different color socks, AND mismatched shoes, AND you forgot to bring your son’s soccer jersey for the game tonight.

LIQUID CALM ROLLER BOTTLE RECIPE
• 6 drops Restful Blend
• 6 drops Grounding Blend
 
Add to a 10 ml glass roller bottle and top off with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Roll between palms to combine and apply as needed to neck, chest, or bottoms of feet. Cut the recipe in half if adding to a diffuser.
